"Front staff was very helpful. I left something in the room at checkout and they contacted me to ship it to me. All staff was helpful. Hotel had an elevator problem but I’m sure that is temporary."

"This is my second time staying here. The front desk clerk is very nice. My first time there, there was no coffee and only cereal and milk. I asked if there would be coffee in the morning this time and he said yes, however, there was none. They claim free breakfast, but cereal and milk do not qualify, the room was clean, the bed was soft, they have a full size fridge and freezer and a big screen tv. The diverter on the tub/shower was spraying water, but nobody in the office when I checked out. Also, I cleaned up the water on the floor from the shower and the towel was very dirty. Maybe they forgot to mop it. The ice machine looked like it hasn’t worked in a while. I believe it was working when I was there in November. For a Budget Hotel, it’s worth the price."

"The Belle Mare is absolutely the nicest place to stay in the surrounding area. do not use hotel.com for booking, i made a typo and they charged me anyway after 5 min of me catching the mistake"
