"We had an amazing stay at Rosanna and Giacchino’s place! The villa is amazing, with a beautiful view over Castelbuono, and has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!"

"Lovely hotel and staff. Completely caught out by the remote location - our mistake for not checking the route. As the crow flies the hotel is close to Cefalù but the reality is that nowhere significant n Sicily is under a 1 1/2 hour drive from here…"

"We’d found the lodging by chance as we were driving across the island. The owner met us in front of the home at 10pm, all smiles, and in the room we found every conceivable amenity from ear plugs to toiletries. Clean and delightful. The breakfast the next morning was set up for the two of us with place settings, fruit, a cake that was a local specialty, meats, cookies, and she even made us farm fresh eggs. Amazing! A nice surprise after a long journey."

"We really loved our stay here .. the road is difficult to navigate to the property .. small track .. if you aren't a confident driver but it was fine . The mountains were so beautiful and the town of castelbueno was so lovely . Around 30 minutes drive down the mountain to get to the sea which was fine .. and the roads UK the mountain are all good to drive on. The host was great he was around every day cleaning the pool checking we were ok .. his son spoke English and was very helpful .There wasn't Aircon but the host provided us with a fan which helped ... Pool was beautiful the apartment was lovely . Washing machine was great to have . The outside kitchen and seating area was so lovely . We used the BBQ lots and enjoyed the evenings looking over the mountains. Thank you again"
Panoramic Villa Valù with private pool and breathtaking view

"STUNNING! The view, the garden and the pool are absolutely beautiful! Beyond stunning - one of the loveliest aspects we have ever found in a holiday let.The villa itself is quirky - the lounge and master bedroom on the ground floor are lovely and so cool it is hard to believe they are not air conditioned. There is a double bedroom and bathroom suite upstairs and a twin-room with an en-suite shower room, but these did get hot and were affected by ants and other flying insects.There was also a very comfortable double room with small en-suite shower room down by the pool.Castelbueno is a charming town, and only a few minutes drive away. The area is steep, so we did not try to walk it, but would be fine for the fit and active!All in all, we had a wonderful time and the host responded to the WiFi problem efficiently."

"What an incredible place! So much history, character and charm! It has a great location in the countryside with a lovely view. Its so quiet and peaceful and sitting out by the pool at sunset was lovely. Best of all: AC, wifi a big breakfast and a balcony. If you love cats like we do, there are a little family around the bins the appreciative a sausage or meat"
