The Bungalows-Flamingo

10/10 Excellent

"10/10"

Luxury Ocean Front House, 6 Bedrooms, Sunset views, daily cleaning.

10/10 Excellent

"It’s honestly hard to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay at Casa Frisons. The pictures are beautiful, but I’m not sure they fully do the house or the views justice. The property is spectacular, the ocean views are breathtaking, and by the end of our trip we were already talking about coming back to Playa Flamingo and staying in this exact house again. The house is huge and perfect for a family or group. We spent a lot of our downtime in the large open living area and outside around the pool. Every bedroom has its own private patio overlooking the ocean, several have their own living space, and there is also a separate guest house. The private beach access is a really nice bonus and would be great for a family to spend a good part of the day. The walk down feels like you’re walking through a national park. Flamingo Beach is also a great option if you’re looking for a bigger, more traditional beach. As amazing as the house was, the people made the stay even better. Bilitis was incredible, extremely responsive and helped us with excursions, changing plans and countless questions. Benjamin was equally helpful and always seemed to be nearby when we needed anything.Five stars without hesitation. One travel tip: if you’re coming from Liberia, I highly recommend the Monkey Trail if it’s not rainy season. It can save you a lot of time getting to Playa Flamingo. We would absolutely stay here again."

"What a great trip or group of 5 families (9 adults, 9 teens) had in this property! Each of the bungalows was identical with a large deck, a small kitchen area, two spacious bedrooms and two expansive bathrooms. The AC in the bedrooms was perfect. We opted to have Alicria cook our dinners and some breakfasts for us and they were outstanding. She hit the quantities of everything spot on, and accommodated our mix of meat eaters and vegetarians perfectly. Sher, the concierge took care of finding us the best activities and vendors. We had surf lessons, an estuary tour, daily yoga and a sunset tour. All of the providers she worked with were fantastic. The pool was cleaned daily and started a wonderful temperature even though it was so hot outside. Manfred, the owner was responsive when we requested some fans for the shelter above the communal kitchen. Our group could not have been happier with this rental--the perfect blend of private and public space, great food at great prices, and beachfront on a sandy, deserted, beautiful beach with warm swimmable water. What more could you want?"
