"Clean rooms. Good staff. My favorite part of the property was the warm pools. The beach was very nice but the waves are very strong. Cant swim very much more than the shore. I would recommend not getting a shuttle and renting a car instead. Not online though, wait till you land and find the National/Enterprise people at the counters past the checked bags. $28/day compared to a $50-100 shuttle per person one way. Save yourself a lot of money with a rental."

"My wife and I came here for my Wife’s birthday and we stayed in 1 king suite with plunge pool. We had the best time and amazing views. Privacy was not an issue and it felt we were there by ourselves. We were there during the down season so not a lot foot traffic. It was very relaxing. If you get the chance to have Guillermo has your butler then you will be well taken care of. Top notch gentleman and very thoughtful. He made our entire trip one to remember. Definitely a place we will probably...

"Ulysis and Elifonso were very nice ppl at the front helping with luggages, seeing us off everyday making sure we get on the right uber and check us back in each night. The cleaning lady Joselin was very sweet, always did a great job and very polite and helpful."
