"Overall a nice stay. Clean room and helpful staff. Only issue was a green and black mold stain on the ceiling above the shower. That definitely should be looked into."

"Staff is very friendly. My room smelled like cigarette smoke when I arrived, so the staff put in an ozone machine for a bit that helped. Unfortunately, there were cockroaches in my room. I let the staff know so they could fix it for the next guest. Not sure if I’ll stay here again, cockroaches are a dealbreaker for me. "

"Such a great property! The beds were so comfortable, having the 3 pools to choose from... The quiet pool, the adult pool and the regular pool. We only went to the adult pool and it was so peaceful. We ordered room service for lunch and the selections were okay. Mostly burgers, hot dogs, pizza and fried chicken tenders. It would be nice to have better options, but honestly, that's my only negative feedback. Bonus.. it's only 5 minutes from Agua Caliente!"

"The room was okay, I had a dirty bandaid on the wall under my sink along with a dirty bathtub and a giant green dried up booger on the bathroom doorway wall outside of the the massage was spectacular and the jacuzzi and pool were nice the grounds were kept up very nicely Chantel at the front desk was very polite and respectful but the older gentleman who sits next to the market was rude and needs to be retrained in customer service. Overall I got what I needed from the hotel which was a nice centrally located getaway. The location is one of the best things about the resort it’s walking distance from everything. "

"Loved the extra room in the suite. TV's were old and the water pressure was not very strong but we loved the 24-7 access to the hot tubs! Made the trip to be able to relax after Stagecoach!"
