"Nice hotel with a secure room for cycles for those on tour like me. Nice rooms and good facilities. Restaurant is good but also great places to eat on the Plaza."

"Really enjoyed the time and we'll be back. Not sure what was going on with their housekeeping staff. First day we had to ask the desk to have the room cleaned after being gone all day and coming back to a dirty room. They apologized and sent someone up. Then the second day, they came through but forgot some of the towels, left very little toilet paper for the second day in a row. Again, we had to contact the desk. Could be that they were using extra summer staff who didn't know the routine. However, in both cases, they apologized and immediately fixed the situation. We will go back when we can. It's worth it. Beautiful location, nice pool, great place during a hot summer day."

"We had half board abd the meal was fantastic. I had the selection of meats to start and my wife had a sort of tomato mousse. The olive oil was out of this world and my main course fillet was one of the best that I have ever had. We have been trying to find a reason to travel that way again and wish we had booked for 2 nights or more. It’s a lovely little town, with a beautiful square. A great place as a base to visit Caceres or Guadalupe. We will definitely return!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms clean. The food was also good. We liked the location, minutes away drive to Trujillo and a great stop if coming from a city like Sevilla heading to Madrid. We enjoyed our stay !"

"Era un lugar limpio y acogedor, y había muchos sitios a los que se podía ir andando. El personal fue muy atento. Aparcar fue todo un reto, sobre todo cerca del mercado semanal. Pasamos una estancia muy agradable."

"We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Palacio Santa Marta. The hotel is set inside a beautifully restored historic building just steps from Plaza Mayor, making it perfect for exploring Trujillo on foot. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. Alba was warm, welcoming, and made everything easy. Overall, an excellent stay in a charming location — we’d happily return."
