Casa Rural La Fuente del Fresno, Para dos Personas en el Pueblo de Caballar

LA FUENTE DEL FRESNO is an old rustic house located in the historic center of the village of Caballar (Segovia), which was restored in 2024.

The renovation was carried out while preserving the rustic charm and using high-quality materials such as stone, wood, terracotta for the floors, and tiles handmade and hand-painted in artisan workshops.
Furthermore, our deep respect for and commitment to the planet has led us to use geothermal energy to provide hot water, heating, and cooling (passive cooling) through underfloor heating throughout the house, with the goal of achieving a sustainable balance with the environment.

The house is available for whole-house rental and is completely independent. It sleeps 2 people and features:

1 double bedroom on the first floor (with en suite bathroom and whirlpool tub).
The bedroom is equipped with sheets, a hand towel and a bath towel (per person), two pillows (per person), and two blankets.

2 full bathrooms, 1 with a whirlpool tub (on the first floor) and the other with a shower (on the first floor). The bathrooms are equipped with toilet paper, a shower mat, and a hair dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, Italian coffee maker, range hood, and small appliances (blender, toaster, electric juicer). Dinnerware, glassware (glasses, wine glasses, etc.), silverware, and cookware. You’ll also find: paper napkins, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, laundry detergent and fabric softener, trash bags, scouring pads, cleaning cloths (brand new), and a tablecloth. An iron and ironing board are also provided. We do not leave any food in the house (not even salt, sugar, or oil…) for reasons of cleanliness and hygiene.

The living room has a telephone, television (flat-screen with USB port), DVD player (with USB port), French fireplace, free Wi-Fi, and a dining area.


Outside:

Outside is the patio, which features a spacious open area and a heated porch. The porch is equipped with a table, chairs, a paella pan, gas burners, grills, and plates—it’s ideal for enjoying some chops cooked over an open fire.
