"The room smelled awful! Bathroom outlet wasn't working, so trying to dry your hair at the mirror was impossible. The bathtub was extremely worn & the bathroom lighting was very dim. The A/C struggled to get the room cool, even turned down quite a bit. "

When the driver closed the door he grabbed the step and threw it loudlyin the passenger door. When we got to the airport he opened the door and did not get the step for me. As a senior guest it was not a good experience for me. I had to climb out. "
