"The room was clean and serviced daily. A small buffet breakfast was perfect and although tea/coffee was not provided in the rooms it was available downstairs all day. What made our stay particularly enjoyable was the staff. Everyone of them were so friendly and were able to offer help and advice about anything. It felt as if they really cared that we enjoyed our stay in this incredible city."

"Great property in the middle of where you want to be. The staff was extremely helpful with getting water taxis and for food options. They have a great bar and great breakfast. Walk out onto the grand canal and go for your adventure for the day."

"Our stay at this bed and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Paolo and his wife provided world-class service from beginning to end. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. They always answered my phone calls and texts quickly and took the time to answer every question I had. The room was perfect—beautifully decorated with a lovely European style, extremely clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The breakfast was fantastic! "We loved our room. Comfortable bed. Numerous outlets, great little shower. We spent an evening on the rooftop which was lovely. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of Spumante. Beware of the steep stairs. Would give this 10 stars if I could."

"The staff was amazing - that is the most special part of this hotel. Also its boutique and historic, plus has a great view on the Canal. Matteo, the owner, made us eggs each morning for breakfast, we will always come back when in Venice."

"Did not like musty smell; shower was not good ; too dark; had difficulty operating shower and lock; uncomfortable bathroom; and thought they had elevator and restaurant."

"A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Situated on the Grand Canal within a stone's through of the Rialto Bridge. Beautiful restaurant with seating right on the canal. The food was excellent as well as the choices. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Water taxi's right to the front door of the hotel. The rooms were in excellent condition and well appointed. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. The hotel was well priced in comparison with the others of similar quality on the...

"We actually stayed in an apartment attached to this boutique hotel. The apartment was spacious, and modern with high end showers. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located in the perfect location, close to the S. Stae vaporetto stop, a wonderful little community with a fabulous bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, fruit stand. There was even an evening of tango in community square as well as a gondola station. It was a perfect stay!!"

"Such a comfortable place to stay. The staff were all lovely, breakfast (and coffee!) set a great start to every day. The room was clean and welcoming at the end of every day. And if you like arriving by water taxi, this hotel has its own dock. Very easy for managing luggage! We loved our stay and look forward to our next visit."
