"The property was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was so well equipped and top end spec. The whole property was very luxurious and super comfy. I slept like a log - which is not at all normal for me. There were blankets for use inside and out, the linen and towels were beautiful. "On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. Slightly dated, it is a charity which explains the decor and layout. No bar at the weekend, no swimming pool at the weekend. Good location, would stay again now I...

"Absolutely beautiful home in an excellent location, plus it’s pet-friendly. The home is on three levels with steep staircases, which were not at all a problem for us, but would not be ideal for everyone. Still, I highly recommend it. Arundel is a charming town. The castle is stunning. The restaurants were steps away and excellent. Wish we’d booked a longer stay!"

"The property is lovely, like a good hotel suite. It was spotlessly clean and there were lots of clean towels. Lots of plug sockets and a good size mirror. The downside was the shower was lukewarm and we couldn't increase the temperature. Also, the communication wasn't great. There was no info about where to collect or leave the key. Nor was there any acknowledgement when we sent details of our arrival time. A coffee machine would have been nice. "
