  • This beautiful 1 1/2 story home with 4 bedrooms features a king size bed in master, a queen and 2 full beds in the upstairs and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The finished basement is the 4th bedroom with 3 full beds and a full bathroom. The home is located on 3 1/2 acres of property with gorgeous mountain views and a private swimming pool for your use. The large driveway allows for parking multiply vehicles and boats. You can have your boat in the water in a matter of minutes or lounge by the pool. We have a baby bed and high chair located in the master bedroom closet for use if you have an infant. Come enjoy Dale Hollow Lake, golfing, or relax and enjoy the conforms of Southern Charm/Lake Winds. Its a great place for your family vacation..

Great family vacation rental

Property was perfect for our family weekend at the lake. Just a short drive to Starpoint marina. Plenty of sleeping areas for everyone in our family. Property was very clean.

Great family vacation

Once again a Great family vacation. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats. Close to marinas the pool was a great plus for the grandkids and house was perfect for all of us.

Great location. Just a short 5 minute drive to Sunset Marina. Dairy Queen was 2 minutes and other restaurants in town were just a short drive. Yard was large for our dog. We loved the view from the back porch overlooking the cattle pasture. Charles was great with communication.

We enjoyed our friend’s DHL trip, which we’ve been doing for over 40 years, despite the weather! The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. Plenty of room for 3 couples, comfortable beds and ample room to work together in the kitchen. Although we didn’t get to use the pool it would have been nice to have if we had nicer weather. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful House and Property

Great location that is close to Sunset Marina. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Nice gas grill. We enjoyed both the covered front and back porches. The grandkids loved the pool. It was shaded in the morning and late afternoon which was so nice! The home is very clean and comfortable!

The house was perfect for my family of 4 adults, a 2 year old and our dog. The house had plenty of space and we basically lived in the pool. Definitely recommend!

House was exactly as described! Lake & Sunset Marina are very close. Rented pontoon boat from marina - staff at marina were awesome! We loved the pool and lucked out on the weather! Would definitely rent the house again!

End of Summer Fun

This property was very spacious for our party of 9. It is well stocked, from the kitchen to the linens. We enjoyed the pool as well as the close by marina. Owners are very responsive.
