"Breakfast was great, they have a variety of food items to choose from. We loved the different variety each day. They have great staff, very respectful and helpful. However, the bath towels have seen better days, they are so old, and overused, they should be used as rags instead. Toilet papers are so thin. Rooms are small, with some crawling insects on the floor."

"Friendly staff, great room, great breakfast. Friendly and helpful driver when arranged airport transfer. Look forward visiting again."

"Great helpful staff in a park like setting"

"We decided to take the A la Carte dinner at the hotel. To our disappointment, many items in the menu were not available. We arrived at the hotel past 6pm and since we're staying for only 1 night, and checking out early, we've decided to have dinner at the hotel. We did enjoy few minutes at the pool."

"This is my ONLY go to places to stay in Butuan. Why? Its connected to the mall. I travel in by bus and the terminal is next to the Robinson's mall in which the hotel is on the 4th and 5th floors. Check in lobby is in the first floor. With kids, this is the most convenient way to travel. The staff are ALWAYS courteous and professional. "Staff are friendly , but the room does not have WINDOW or exhaust. Also doesn't have a table. You should provide a basic table and chair on the room. "

It was specifically mention ab po it the cats. I have severe Asthma and allergies so this trigger on and was sick for few days."

"The Wi-Fi at the hotel was often on. There was only air-conditioning in the bedroom. The living room was always hot and humid.. The place itself was in a back alley and the door was this big iron, that was hard to get in and out. The whole way doubled as a place where people could charge up their vehicles so there was constantly somebody banging on the door to come in.. also the front of the building had a water Spicket, where people would gather to get water. Lastly, of the day the cleaning...
