"I imagine most of the year in Butte a.c. isn't needed, but it seems we are on trajectory for _hot summers; night was bearable with the windows open and good fan provided. Location sketchy and a bit confusing to find---maybe more street signage, or at least get rid of the old '60's era motel sign :)
Rustic motor lodge vibe, yet modern and functional interior, comfortable bed; enjoyable stay near the proximity of historic uptown Butte."
