"The room was a good size, with the king we prefer and clean, and even though the hotel was quite full it was very quiet which we found amazing. Breakfast was offered and while I appreciated the perk, a tiny bit of variety would have been so much better. We were there 6 mornings and it was sausage and gravy with biscuits, or a sausage patty with eggs every other day. Ugh. We ate there because it was quick and convenient but a little change - bacon? Cereal? There was yoghurt available which I appreciated but again only one flavor. A little effort there and the whole stay would have been stellar. The very strange thing was that coffee/tea was not in the breakfast room, have never seen anything like this in all my travel. Took us 4 days to realize it was offered in the lobby. It’s not obvious! Overall though we were happy with the booking."

"We have stayed at this hotel 4 years in a row while we were in Fond du Lac for a hockey tournament and every year has been a phenomenal experience. This year my son didn't play until 2:30 pm on Sunday and the staff had no problem with us hanging out in our room well past checkout time. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Fondy. Excellent, friendly staff."

"We had a wonderful stay. The host was very responsive to emails and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable visit, and the lake view and surrounding scenery were absolutely beautiful. Our grandkids loved the indoor pool, and it was such a bonus to have kayaks included with the rental."

"Stayed at Antique Boutique room. The bed was amazing super comfortable, fresh clean carpet, cute small bathroom, clean and cozy space. It has a mini fridge. Quality Coffee was put out in the morning in our historic building’s small, quaint lobby. There’s a great wrap around porch to hang out on. Our unit was super close to the stairs for the beach, so convenient. The Front Desk service was friendly & great. We stayed labor day weekend and it wasn’t busy at all-beach all to ourselves! The bar has one of the best homemade crispy chx sandwiches EVER & cheese curds w/homemade buttermilk ranch. We actually ate both for dinner 2 nights in a row. This place is not modern & new, but if you relish in historic quality (solid wood, curated antiquities) of American summer resorts this is paradise in Wisconsin."
