Set on 2.5 acres of peaceful countryside in the Margaret River region, this generous home blends premium interiors with tranquil views, creating a welcoming retreat for families and groups. The main living area centres around a striking stone fireplace, creating a welcoming place to gather after a day exploring nearby beaches and wineries, while a separate theatre room offers a cosy space for movie nights and quiet downtime.
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with granite benchtops, generous preparation space and quality appliances, making everything from leisurely breakfasts to family dinners a pleasure. The dining area comfortably seats eight, creating the perfect setting for celebration dinners and long conversations.
Spend warm afternoons swimming in the magnesium pool overlooking the rolling valley, then stretch out on the poolside loungers with a good book or refreshing drink in hand. Wander through the landscaped gardens, enjoy your morning coffee in the outdoor lounge, or challenge friends to a game of table tennis before firing up the built-in wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ for long alfresco feasts. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit beneath a star-filled sky and savour the peace of the surrounding countryside.
The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite with a freestanding bath, while the second bedroom features a queen bed. The third and fourth bedrooms each include two single beds, making them ideal for children or friends. Two full bathrooms, including the ensuite, ensure everyone has plenty of space to refresh with ease.
Reverse-cycle air conditioning keeps the living and dining area, primary bedroom and north-facing twin bedroom comfortable throughout the seasons, while the remaining bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. A separate laundry, basketball ring and games box add extra convenience and entertainment. On-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have exclusive access to the entire house, including the pool, outdoor entertaining areas, and landscaped grounds. Please make yourselves at home!
The Neighborhood:
Tucked in the hills above Geographe Bay, this Quindalup home puts you close to nature and a relaxed country lifestyle just minutes from Dunsborough. A short walk brings you to a local winery restaurant, and a nearby bakery lets you pick up fresh bread each morning. Kangaroos are often spotted grazing in the surrounding paddocks, and walking trails wind through the valley nearby, leading to seasonal waterfalls in the cooler months.
Dunsborough town centre is only a short drive away, with a good mix of cafes, casual eateries, and bars to choose from for breakfast, lunch, or a relaxed evening out. It's an easy base for exploring the wider area while still feeling tucked away in nature.
For a bigger day out, Geographe Bay is just minutes away and perfect for swimming, kayaking, or fishing, with lovely coastal views. The beaches, wineries, and attractions of Cape Naturaliste are also within easy reach for a scenic drive.
Getting Around:
Quindalup is a car-friendly area with no significant public transport nearby, so having your own vehicle is recommended for getting around. Dunsborough town centre and Geographe Bay are both just a short drive away.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm in line with local regulations. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Rental Agreement:
As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Firewood and Fire Ban:
Firewood is provided from May to September. Outside of these months, you can find firewood at local service stations.
Please note that fire bans are in effect from November 1 to April 30, during which time fire pits are not permitted.
Pet Policy:
This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises.

The property operates on rainwater, so we kindly ask guests to conserve water when possible.
This property is fitted with external security cameras monitoring the outside areas of the home for safety and security purposes only.
