"Enjoyed our stay! Nice breeze and cooler temps so we were able to open the window in the primary bedroom for a pleasant night sleep. Not sure if the one AC unit in the living area would cool the two bedrooms if needed. Kitchen was well-equipped and the grill was great condition. There were many games in the cabinets. Nespresso coffee machine and regular pods available (sadly, no decaf pods). Easy walk to the beach for sunsets."

"We needed an overnight stay in Busselton. I read all the reviews about TimothĆ©e resort and it sounded perfect. The reviews were spot on! The room was excellent- from the bed linen, towels and cleanliness it was amazing. Jade at reception was welcoming and professional. We didnā€™t use any of the outdoor facilities but everything looked great! Would definitely recommend staying here."
