The digital check in was not easy to figure out. Had to get help from other guests to enter building. Quality of beds and sofa was less than the rest of the unit. We would have enjoyed our stay more if beds and sofa were more comfortable.

주차장 이용이 편리하고, 체크인/아웃 또한 간편합니다. 아울렛/월드 등 이용하기에 매우 용이하고, 기장 권역 다른 지역으로 이동하기에도 괜찮은 숙소라고 생각합니다. 아파트형 레지던스다 보니 특별히 더 설명할만한 부분은 없고, 유일한 불편한 점은 체크아웃 시간대 (10시~11시) 엘리베이터 이용이 조금 어렵습니다.

체크인 데스크가 없습니다. 도착 후 안내는 문자정보에 의존해야 하며 담당자 전화 통화는 되지만 여전히 불편한건 어쩔수 없는 듯합니다. 가족영행을 위한 공간으로는 괜찮으나 첨 가시는 분은 불충분한 안내에 당황할 듯 합니다. 다 아시겠지만 생활형 숙박시설이며 호텔같은 서비스는 없습니다. 미리 담당자와 사전 통화로 충분히 정보 확인하시고 가실것을 추천합니다. 룸 시설 자체는 새 건물이라 좋습니다.

❤최고의 숙소❤

신랑이 여태 가본 숙소 중 가장 마음에 들었대요 원래 살던 집 같은 느낌이었고 롯데월드를 이용하는데는 최고의 자리인거 같습니다 숙소에서 롯데월드가 잘 보여서 아이들도 너무 좋아했어요 뭐하나 부족함 없어서 만족합니다

가족여행할때 투룸이라 편안한것 같아요 하지만 체크인 과정에서 소통이 부족하여 체크인하는데 시간이 많이 걸려서 불편

트리플룸의 온돌방(침대없는 방)의 침구류는 세탁등 검점이 안되어있어 머리카락이 좀 많이 그대로 붙어있었습니다. 침구류, 세면타월등은 사용여부와 상관없이 새것으로 비치해주시면 좋겠습니다.

깨끗하고 조용하고 주변에 놀거리 먹거리도 많구 너무 좋았어요 세탁도 간단히 해서 건조도할 수있고 스타일러까지 있어서 정말 편리했어요 너무 편하고 즐겁게 쉬었다가서 좋았네요 담번 기장여행때 또 이용할거에요 단점이 하나도 없는 숙소였어요
