Happy stay for all of us

A good welcome from the reception team, especially Mrs. Noura, who was very cooperative with us. She upgraded our room, treated us with kindness and welcome, and she was always ready to serve us. All thanks to her. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was varied and good. Parking service was also good. Many thanks to those who manage this lovely hotel.

A fantastic spacious room when rooms often small or compromised in Europe. Very comfortable room, bed, bathroom. Huge balcony! Staff fantastic. Especially concierge Shannooth who parked our car, moved bags & got us a new room when first not to our standard. Hectic city spoiled by horrible smog.

Old hotel. Very noisy and polluted because it is very near the main road. Renovation is urgently needed. Price was ok but probably because the hotel is not well maintained. Location is good to visit bursa.

Very kind and helpful staff. Nice restaurant. However, the hotel lobby as well as the corridors had an annoying smell. There is a strange spa entity that is in the same building. If you want to treat yourself with a Turkish bath or massage, try to find another spa center.

Hotel Divan, what can I say 😄The hotel staff is friendly, the lobby and restaurant are nice and clean. The food in the restauran ,was ok,we had dinner one night.The room in the hotel is spacious with a large balcony, the room is clean. The carpet and furniture in the room are old, they should be renovated if they want to be a 4-star hotel. The location is ok for those who come with a car. For those guests who decide to use public transport, it is not very good. The hammam and spa are not working, the pool was also closed. I think this hotel is not a 4 star hotel. This is an average hotel with 3 stars. Sorry but we expect more for 4-star hotel.
