"' Deluxe' double room was very small not big enough to have a chair in it, hardly room for one open case let alone two, one bedside lamp didn't have a bulb in it, duvet and pillows were very heavy and lumpy - we had to remove the winter duvet and use just the cover. Television screen kept going blank. ..."

"We spent 4 nights this time. Back again in August for a week. The Cottage is in a great position in Heacham - you can walk everywhere. Bus stops are in Poplar Avenue closeby. Nisa and Tesco express equal distance away. Beach fabulous. Perfectly sized for a family - we were a couple. Kitchen well ..."

"We had a lovely few days in the very clean Cozynook , small but everything you needed was there. Very dog friendly with secure outside space. Great location with easy access to National Trust woods, beaches, community shop and excellent local pubs."
