"The rooms are large with separate areas to eat and watch tv. Very close to sky train so easy to get anywhere."

"The hallways had garbage bags that were not collected and sitting outside of the elevator (3pm) Got late check out (1pm) at time of check in. Housekeeping entered my room 3 times, all before 10am on check out day even though the tag was on the door. We ended up leaving the hotel just after 10am because we were fed up with it. For the price tag of over $400 for a single night, this was absolutely ridiculous and reflects poorly on the managing staff."

The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant spaces and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. It’s the kind of place where every detail is thoughtfully taken care of.
