"Kate Casey made our stay truly special. We came to Boston a couple of days early before our convention so we could enjoy the city, and the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport was the perfect place to stay. The location was incredibly convenient, the convention facilities were first-class, and our room was outstanding with beautiful views. The hotel itself is luxurious, but what really sets it apart is the staff. Kate went above and beyond to make my wife and me feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. That kind of personal hospitality is rare and memorable. We had a wonderful experience and can’t recommend the Omni Boston Seaport, and especially Kate Casey, highly enough."
