"It is a safe place for kids and adults. The game arcade is nice as well. They have things to do for all ages. Each year, they have been upgrading the place. My worst experience was the adjoining room where housekeeping for got to put the locks on and the people in the next room was trying to enter our room. Luckily, we had just came back to the room and observed this. We called security and they came. Not sure of the outcome but they did not try to open the door and we had to make sure it was locked."

"Our stay was nice. One complaint that I had was when we used the shower the water did not drain well. So it limited the time we could shower."

"Overall, our stay was a mixed experience. The room was clean, and the location was very convenient. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant—the food was good, and the staff there were very nice and welcoming. Check-in, however, took quite a long time, while check-out was super easy and quick. The elevators were also very slow, and we often had to wait a long time for one. Unfortunately, when we first arrived, the air conditioning in our room was not working. We went out for a little while hoping it might improve, but when we returned, it still wasn’t working. We then ran into other guests in the hallway who had previously been in our room and told us their AC had also not been working, which made it seem like the issue had not been fixed before our arrival. To the hotel’s credit, they did move us to another room, and the gentleman who came to check on the AC was amazing, very accommodating, and clearly tried his best to help. His customer service was definitely appreciated. One other concern was that I did not see much visible security throughout the building, which made me a little uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel had some positives, especially the clean room, convenient location, restaurant, and helpful staff, but there are definitely areas that could be improved, particularly check-in efficiency, elevator service, AC maintenance, and visible security."

"Check-in was seamless and concierge staff were extremely helpful. I was lucky enough to run into housekeeping staff one morning and they handed me seemingly fresh towels, and though they were clean, one of the face towels had a faded blood stain on it. Luckily, I noticed, so I simply didn't use that one. The king size bed was super comfortable and the large TV was a huge bonus. I especially appreciated having complimentary bottled water and tea bags in my room. This hotel's location cannot be beat when it comes to tourist sites, entertainment, dining, etc. It makes me want to return to Philly real soon!"

"Very convenient hotel in Atlantic City for a long weekend where we could easily make our way to other shore locations and feel safe when we got back to sleep. Rooms were clean and the air conditioning was plentiful"
