"We were not accommidated in this property. We booked it because it was said it is in the center but when we arrived we were accommodated it a property which was 15 min walking. We booked a studio with a small kitchen, they gave us a tiny tiny room!!!!"

"The terrible rating is for Menada agents who make you travel 2km to pick up keys from their office. Also charge 20€ if you wish to check out earlier than 7am when leaving. The Royal Sun Apartments are very nice, just do not use Menada. The apartments have several different agents within the complex handling management of apartments."

"Wir waren bis auf die Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Leider haben wir das Appartement nicht gereinigt übergeben bekommen, einige Sachen waren kaputt oder fehlten. Nach einer Beschwerde über diese Dinge, kam man uns leider auch nicht entgegen und die Mängel wurden nicht behoben. Die Putzfrau brachte uns lediglich in unserem 3wöchigen Aufenthalt 2x neue Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, geputzt wurde jedoch nicht! "First time using Vrbo. Arrived in resort after booking weeks in advance and couldn't get hold of host for access information. Once contacted on the phone told that there was no booking this weekend and she didn't list on Vrbo and hung up. 4 hours later contacting customer service they cancelled and refunded booking citing minimum age. I'm 44 years old. Had to find alternative expensive place to stay."

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, the host was very responsive to messages and helped out immediately when we had questions.
