You communicate via WhatsApp and it worked well with quick responses. 100 meters to the grocery store which was well sorted and about 5 minutes to the pizzeria. In the room the laminated floor was broken and a piece was constantly moving. There were very large laundry bags left in the staircase making it very hazardous to go up and down the stairs. "Amazing stay! The rooms were a very good size with a balcony and great amenities. The gym was very clean with nice equipment. Hotel is an easy 15 min walk to the main square which made it nice and quiet at night. Offsite parking was extremely easy. Breakfast every morning had a wide selection of items. Highly recommend for your stay in Cagliari!"
