"Location was great. Buffet breakfast was good. Frustrating check-in. The self service machine didn't work although we were encouraged to use them. The worst things was, we were waken up at 5:55 am by the room phone. The staff member asked if we've requested linen, which we did not. Everyone was waken up. Otherwise we would have had a good sleep. When told we did not request the linen, the staff member simply hang up and did not even apologise. It is unbelievable that this place has staff who did not even think carefully before waking people up at 5:55am."
