GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire private home, including washer/dryer, backyard, BBQ and pool. Guests will not have access to the garage. The driveway is extra long for 6 vehicle parking and there is plenty of street parking as well.

PETS:
No pets allowed. You will be charged a non refundable $250 fee for bringing a pet and not allowed back as a guest of this property.

RULES:
No unattended children in backyard. Patio gate does not self latch. Please watch children closely when gate is open.
No loud parties.
No glass near pool
Do not touch pool equipment. The heater is activated remotely.
Turn off all outdoor and indoor lights when not needed
No smoking indoors
Top bunk in 4th bedroom weight limit is 180 pounds
