"I adore Edwin and his family. They took very good care of this solo woman traveler. He feed me very well!! The atmosphere was very authentic to how the locals live in the jungle. It is rustic. Shower did not have hot water.. I did have the room with a.c. Very nice. I will for sure go here again."

"Everything was great. My only complaint is that they played music and other tv noise at the restaurant. The nature sounds is what I came for, not bar music!! Please make the restaurant a no music zone and let us listen to the birds, geckos, and howler monkeys!! They are amazing!!"

"We had an amazing experience staying here. It was close to the shuttle bus, market, restaurants. Having a kitchen made it easier to pack food for next day. Our host was very very helpful! She suggested local restaurant to try and helped us to find a last minute replacement tour early morning as our got cancelled late at night! We were able to leave our luggages there while we went to a half day tour, even after check out time. I highly recommend staying here! "

"I’m glad I chose my stay outside of the center of town. If you have a car and are debating where to stay I would chose this place because it’s so serene. There are 3 small houses on the property and they are all surrounded by trees. The hammocks in the porch were ideal.
