"I’m from the USA. I booked 3 rooms through Expedia and the app did not say anything about smoking or nonsmoking rooms. When we checked in, they gave us all smoking rooms! I requested a change and the front desk manager originally said they were fully booked and could not change. I explained the situation and begged. "I booked and stayed for 8-days. The place is at walking distances from key shopping centres. Transportation to and from the hotel to the shopping centres were excellent. The place was good, the reception were very kind and helpfull in all my quest."
