"Staff was kinda and was very quiet."

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Although the cable didn't work when I entered the room the front desk fixed it right away. There were no bugs. However, the bed was as hard as a rock and you could feel the springs. I had to sleep on a blow up mattress bought at the store. All the side lamps were bright so not really the type of light you would want to leave on to walk to the bathroom at night. "The room was okay and clean. The hallways, elevator, and any public space for sure needed some TLC and a good cleaning. The pool was okay, my kids enjoyed it."

"AC didn’t work in the first room. Pictures of rooms are not what they look like. Hot tub was green and pool was dirty. And the owner was screaming at his wife when I came in to check in. Not a nice man"

"they are racist. one lady was really kind the rest were very rude and dismissive. they had attitude towards me and my boyfriend.. we are 19 traveling alone. i noticed they would vacuum by our door at night instead of during the day, to me that’s very strange but i could be pushing it. we stayed 3 nights, NO breakfast and part of the reason we went there instead of across the street (with open pool) was bc the “FREE” breakfast. i just didn’t feel comfortable staying there as a person of color....
