"My husband and I visited Italy to celebrate our 20 year anniversary and Tuscany was the 3rd leg of our tour. Irina is a wonderful and welcoming hostess. She went FAR beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome and make sure we had a great time. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. "Very good communication, very helpful and friendly hosts,everything was available in the apartment,very good connection to the city and main rail station, bus stops 13 and 14 were a few minutes away from the apartment, also a supermarket. "Very effusive welcome at check-in and help to park. Junior suite room very spacious, bed large and comfortable, I liked my pillow, OH didn’t like his. Room and bathroom clean. Hardwood floors meant wilderbeest occupants of room above kept us awake at all hours; must be migration time. Breakfast plentiful with many good things (including Prosecco) but real juice is extra, very odd. Best to stick to Italian breakfast ingredients IMO. Lucca is very compact within the walls so nowhere is very far to walk but this is a well located hotel very close to the famous San Michele. It isn’t an “excellent” hotel in the luxury category but it is very competitively priced and good value."
