I am not sure how Expedia liaises with hotels, because they seemed to have never heard of Expedia and I am concerned that they may not have the correct systems in place to record and access payments. "My room was very clean and the staff cleaned it during my 3 night stay. Unfortunately, I had no wifi for my whole stay. That was crucial for my business. Also, off my balcony they kept cows which was very unsightly. Also, I booked through Expedia and they could not find my reservation which made my whole stay confusing. "
