"Our room key kept not working the magnetizing itself. Every time we left the hotel we would always have to put a new room get a new room key to get back in other than that. Everything was great."

"A few red flags during my stay. First was upon check in I was given keys to a room that was occupied, I'm sure it was worse for the guy who was sitting in his room when I opened the door. Second was the rust stains in the bathtub and huge booger stuck to the wall. And third was my keys deactivated every day. So not the best stay. The poorly placed wifi access points made the internet very slow but that was less of a concern compared to the rest."

"I always enjoy staying here. It's always been clean, and the rooms with the jetted tub are fantastic. I doubt I'll ever stay anywhere else when in Springfield. Highly recommended!"

"This is a family oriented property that is well maintained. I visit Decatur often but had never stayed at Homewood Suites. The only small complaint I have is the couch fabric was pretty dirty. Other than that, I highly recommend the property and would stay there again."

"Pro's : The gentleman at the front desk was was pleasant. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. Parking was ok. Con's: We had a room with 2 double beds. Since the room was on the small side it was a little cramped. The fan in the bathroom didn't work well. The shower and the towels stayed wet. It's a nice hotel. I would recommend it."
