The tub and walls and trim could use improvement. The sink drains a bit slowly. That's an expensive process but it woud make the property much nicer. Also, you could use some more silverware. "Property worked perfectly for our group. Large kitchen and counter space, dining room table for meals, large gathering areas, comfortable beds, the garage was appreciated. Close to restaurants, gas stations, and the fairgrounds. Highly recommended!"

"The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!"
