"The staff were nice, but there aren't many around. The rooms are what you'd expect and you'll get a good night's rest. The breakfast has good intentions but the space isn't big enough and not alot of seating. They had a hard time keeping it clean. You'll probably end up getting food elsewhere. Also, dont expect to get anywhere fast on the elevator."

"The beds were comfortable. Walls are thick, we didn't hear anybody during our stay. The pool was nice, a little cool, but nice for the kids. The wifi was spoty and only worked about 50% of the time. The air conditioner did work which was great cause it definitely was warmer than we anticipated."

"This is by far one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. The exterior and lobby area were good, but once we got to our floor, things got bad. The carpet in the hallway was peeling up in multiple areas, looked like it had been pieced together from several remnants, and had stains throughout the entire length of the hallway. The room itself was the same or worse. Carpets were stained, beds were uncomfortable, furniture, worn, and a chair was so badly stained with some unknown substance that I would not sit on it without a towel covering the chair. We could have had a cleaner room for much less money at a cheaper chain hotel. Upon checking in and discovering the condition of our room, we requested a change, but they said they were booked solid and nothing was available. When we asked to speak to a manager, they said there was none on duty. Staff was not helpful and was not concerned about our complaints. When checking out we raise the issues again to a different staff member. They said they would give us $100 discount on our stay, but that has not happened. We also attempted to have dinner at one of the restaurants on site, but the hostess never acknowledged us the entire time we were standing there waiting. Bottom line, this is one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had."

"Room was good and swimming pool was nice. Front desk staff did not seem to enjoy their jobs too much but were not rude, just didn't seem too happy to be there. Our major complaint was that we asked for a crib for our toddler which was provided, but they did not have sheets for the crib mattress and gave us a flat sheet for a queen sized bed to lay over top. This was fine for our toddler but would not have been acceptable for a younger infant/baby as it was not tight fitting now matter what we did to secure it. Maybe something the property can look into purchasing as it is also a safety issue."

"They booked my room in the middle of a group of rooms with school students on a trip. They were running and screaming up and down the hallway. Jumping on their beds, slamming doors, banging furniture u til very late hours. The front desk came up but it didn’t help. Then first thing in the morning they were up again. Terrible management of room assignment. Do better."
