"Penthouse is in a great location! You can walk to dinner, grocery store and it is a short drive to Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas. The unit is a bit worn, but totally functional. There isn't a laundry dryer, but no worries everything dries quickly hanging on the roof. Drying racks are available. Obviously, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs would be a problem. "Pros: La casa está en muy bien estado, tiene todo, sal, azúcar, aceite, todo en buen estado. "Beautiful hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean and really comfortable beds. The only downside was that after 4pm the only bar snacks were pizza. The drinks were quite expensive too. The evening entertainment could of been better. Apart from those 2 things, the holiday was amazing"

"I had an incredible holiday, being solo somewhere you have never been before can be daunting but everything was absolutely excellent, from my room (gold suite) to the service, I cannot describe how fantastic it was. I attended the pool party which was ten times bigger than I expected but an amazing experience. The only thing I would say is the hotel is not walking distance to any nice beaches or where I wanted to go so I was spending €40-€60 per day when I wanted to explore but other than that I have not got one bad thing to say about anything. I would return in a heartbeat!"

"What a beautiful and great hotel. It is a little out of the way but there are regular buses and bus stops close buy. It was perfect for us. The buffet was stocked liberally each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 3 stations/chefs daily and fresh meat/roast area each day, you really couldn’t have asked for more, oh and a morning cava station. Definitely worth all inclusive. The entertainment daily was lovely, sitting out and watching the sunset was perfect. And the staff….well they were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious very clean and comfortable beds, aircon, all amenities, cleaned daily. There is some building work close by but we didn’t feel it disturbed us. Looking forward to returning."

"Pour une vacance d’une semaine, l’environnement est merveilleux. Belle présentation, les déjeuners étaient variés, copieux et délicieux. L’entretien journalier favorisait la détente autant dans les chambres que dans l’espace de la grande piscine. "Great option for budget Before mentioning any negatives, I want to start by saying the staff were amazing and highly professional. The person who greeted us was one of the best hotel staff members I’ve ever encountered and truly deserves recognition. It’s also worth noting that this is a 3-star budget hotel, so expectations should be set accordingly—you generally get what you pay for. The main building has great charm, being over 300 years old, which adds character to the stay. We booked a budget room (Room 104), which had a small courtyard but lacked any real views. One of the major concerns was the lack of air conditioning. Although units are present, they don’t work effectively. During summer, the island gets very hot, and the room often felt like an oven, which made it uncomfortable at times. The pool is small but serves its purpose well as a place to cool off. There is also a sun terrace with around 40 loungers, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was included, but as part of a budget offering, the hot food could have been better. It was often cold, and unfortunately, the plates provided didn’t fit in the microwave to reheat the food. The bathroom was missing sink plugs for both the sink and the bath, which was inconvenient. It would also have been a big improvement if the room had a fridge. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location in a lovely town, ideal for those looking for a quieter holiday"

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"
