Beautiful panoramic three-room apartment located on the first and top floor, featuring exposed beams.
From the terrace and the apartment, you can enjoy the breathtaking view, stretching from the sea to the surrounding hills, as well as the central swimming pool.
The outdoor spaces are elegantly furnished so you can enjoy them at any time of day, for al fresco dining and relaxation. There is a comfortable dining table with seating for six and a relaxation/reading area.
Inside, the living area is fully equipped with a modern corner kitchen with all appliances, a large dining table with seating for six, a comfortable sofa, and a TV corner.
The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom with French windows and direct access to the seafront terrace, and a second twin bedroom with access to a private terrace overlooking the hills.
The modern bathroom is spacious and equipped with a comfortable shower.
The maximum occupancy is: 4 adults + 1 child.
On the ground floor, in front of the entrance stairs, there is a small private courtyard with an outdoor shower and barbecue area.
Parking is also available on the property.
