Annie's Brand New 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms

Welcome to Annie's Rooms, a recently renovated and stylishly designed apartment that is both cool and sun-filled. Boasting three cozy bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, we have meticulously preserved the apartment's original exposed brick walls, old doors, and windows, while enhancing its charm with modern touches and luxurious amenities for your ultimate comfort.

Our apartment is a stunning sanctuary that features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering unparalleled privacy and comfort. The open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen create a spacious and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and socialising with loved ones. For added convenience, the apartment also boasts a dedicated laundry room complete with a washer. Despite being situated in the heart of the bustling entertainment district, our apartment is tucked away on a peaceful and tranquil street, providing the best of both worlds. The iconic Opera House, majestic Basilica, and charming Christmas markets are all just a short stroll away, offering a plethora of experiences to explore and enjoy.

We kindly request that our guests refrain from booking our apartment for stag, hen, bachelor parties, or groups of guys, as our residence is located in a peaceful residential building. Additionally, for arrivals after 10pm or on weekends, we do apply a nominal fee of EUR30, payable in cash upon arrival. However, we do offer the option of a hassle-free self-check-in process, free of charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Lovely Apartment in a Lovely City.

Every thing about our stay in Budapest was great including the apartment. My partner and I and his sister and friend loved the location, high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. It was well appointed and almost everywhere we went was within walking distance. The hostess was very helpful and welcoming and would definitely stay there again!

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were very nice and pleasant to talk with. The place was clean, spacious (we had 6 people in our group) and very close to many places to see and places to eat. Our host even helped us with getting transportation to her place. We would recommend this place to other guests

Annie’s Place

The owner, Hajnal was the best. Very communicative and responded quickly to questions. Annie’s is very nice. Bedrooms are very large and all bathrooms appear new. One suggestion would be to have more towels available for visitors. One small towel and hand towel really doesn’t work.We enjoyed the neighborhood and were close to the metro and subway, shops and food.

Fantastic location and lovely apartment

Very spacious apartment with everything needed for a fantastic trip to Budapest, including great air conditioning which is required in the heat. Great location, easily walkable to main Budapest sights and right next to the Metro line. Highly recommend, thanks very much for letting us use your apartment.

Christmas in Budapest

Hajnal's City Center apartment was a perfect home base for our family's Christmas holiday abroad. We were all very comfortable and easily able to navigate to the city's main attractions. Hajnal was a very responsive communication and quick to help us resolve very minor issues figuring out how to work the heating. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean and perfect size for our family of 5 (19, 17, 14). Three bedrooms were spacious and living / kitchen had everything we needed. Has a very cool vibe about the place. Owner was responsive and very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wonderful Apartment

I can't say enough good things about this apartment. It's in the perfect location, (city center) perfect size for 2-3 couples and the hosts were amazing. The hosts were so responsive with our questions which made the stay even better. This apartment is in walking distance to everything you need, grocery, metro, restaurants, bakeries, chimney cakes!!! You can't go wrong with this apartment when visiting Budapest.

Well located near Elizabeth Square in central Pest, close to the terminus of the airport shuttle bus, near to St. Stephen Basilica and many restaurants. Our siblings and spouses joined us, and this flat with its AC and lift was perfect for our group aged 62-79 years. Clean, spacious, very communicative hosts.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great, central location

Spacious, stylish, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. In a great location in Pest. Very close to the Great Synagogue, the Opera House, St Stephen’s basilica and the Ruin Pubs. Only a short walk to the Danube, the Central Market and the House of Parliament. We would thoroughly recommend.

Super Location

Three good size bedrooms, updated baths and kitchen and good sunlight. The district can be noisy at night but you can keep the windows closed. Hajnal is very communicative if you need anything. Coffee shops, grocery store, and restaurants are all close by.

Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath in ideal location

This apartment is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms are very large and it is wonderful to have 3 modern bathrooms with great water pressure! Location in Pest is ideal, you can walk to many fun restaurants, bars and sights, the metro is right around the corner too. We stayed 10 nights and felt very at home! Owner is very nice to work with, the AC broke and she did all she could to get it fixed and offered to move us to another apartment. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and would stay here again!

HUGE apartment in lively neighborhood

My wife and I rented this apartment for a long weekend in Budapest to visit my son, who is studying in Europe this semester. The apartment was huge by European standards - easily the most spacious I have ever rented over the course of many years using VRBO. It is located on a quiet side street within 2 blocks of Elizabeth Square and St. Stephen's Basilica, and within easy walking distance of the Parliament building. It is also within a 5 minute walk of the busiest nightlife district in Budapest, full of restaurants and bars. The photos of the unit are very accurate. Getting around Budapest is very safe and easy using either Bolt or public transportation. The owner made the check in and check out process seamless with outstanding communication. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Super nice, spacious flat

Everything as described in the add. The flat has recently been refurbished, everything works. Since each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom, it is perfect for groups who want privacy. The (combined) kitchen, living room is also very big has a dinner a large enough dinner table. The couch seemed a bit older and the style didn’t, at least according to our taste, fit the rest but that is really a minor point. 2 of the 3 bedrooms face the street so on weekends and on trash collection days, it can be a bit noisy. The hosts are very nice, interaction was uncomplicated. Our overall assessment is a 10/10 and we will book this apartment again if we return to Budapest.

Best VRBO Experience

I could write a book about how great this apartment is. First, the location - minutes walk to a major transportation center and one block from the high-end shopping district one way and the fun “ruin bar” area the other. Easy access to groceries and incidentals. Next - the apartment itself is fabulous. The rooms are large and bright with high ceilings and lovely double windows that totally block all street sounds. Each room has a beautiful large and modern bathroom with super showers and water pressure. Linens are very high quality - ironed and spotless. As is the entire apartment. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking items and good quality pots and pans and plenty of dishes. Our host, Hajnal Gal, was such a help. Her check-in instructions were perfect and she was very, very responsive. Undoubtedly our best experience in many years of booking online accommodations.

Perfect! You can't possibly go wrong here . . .

From the moment of enquiry, Hanjal was the perect host. Arranging for a taxi at the airport to meet us, through to greeting us at the apartment. No negatives here, just all positives. 1. Good sized bedrooms easily accommodate 2 persons each with ensuites. Good shower pressure and constant temperature. 2. A good sized lounge for relaxing after a day of walking. 3. Close to EVERYTHING. 4. Very clean and tidy. Decorated tastefully. 5. Air con, great for walking into after a day in the heat. 6. Nearby eateries & cafes are good. We'll be back here again to see the bits we didn't get to see. Thankyou Hanjal, a perfect host
