"Room wasn't even cleaned and ready by 3pm check in time. We then had to switch rooms in the evening since they only give their housekeepers TWENTY MINUTES to actually clean a room which isn't enough time at all to fully clean a room. Our first room's bathroom wasn't clean at all, there was mold on the tv remote and the TV wasn't working at all. There was still trash and stains and the floor was wet. We had the handicapped shower and the drain didn't work so the bathroom would completely flood...
