"Oh my goodness this stay was fabulous! We travelled New Zealand and this has been our favorite stay! Beachwood is perfectly located to everything and the room was beautifully appointed. We had a full kitchen, a comfy bed and plenty of living space to spread out into. Our hosts, Dion and Mackey were lovely. They gave us lots of tips and checked in daily to be sure we had everything we needed. Don't hesitate! Book it! You won't be disappointed! The Mahers - USA"

"The room was clean and had all the amenities as advertised. It was comfortable enough and we appreciated the great views of the bay. Per Expedia booking, expected to receive email from the host, but never did (correct email verified in the booking). Had to search through our Expedia booking to get check-in instructions. The signs on the stairs leading to the studio were confusing - the sign points to the upper unit and the property address was posted at the top of the stairs, leading one to...

"We liked that although we arrived after sunset, when the office was closed, picking up the outside-office phone got us in touch with a friendly man who told us where we could find the keys. Down side was the picture used to advertise the room was one we recognized as being a down stairs room that we stayed in that previously. Should have studied the description more closely. We did get a unit on the second floor of a different building that could sleep five as advertised but wife was unable...

"Lovely place: comfy bed, good shower, very clean and lovely views. Would love to stay again"

"Everything about this property was great - easy access, comfortable and warm, easy parking, secure, close to town. The only thing that let it down was that the air fryer was unwashed from the previous guests, full of fat and crispy bits of something. Overall, a little gem :) "

"Beautiful stay. Clean and warm with stunning views and privacy."

"Amazing"

"Stunning apartment in a fantastic location. The on-site free parking was a great bonus especially for Dunedin! The property was clean, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Shelly the property manager was also a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!"

"This is a fantastic location just a short distance from town. The hosts were awesome! The bed was very comfortable. The large room with adjacent deck is well appointed. The house is across the street from the ocean and a pebbly beach. Loved the view! We highly recommend ordering their dinner which they bring to your room. It was extremely good! We HIGHLY recommend a stay at ‘A View with a Room’!"

"Great location, few minutes drive from Edgar Stadium and amenities. Check-in was simple with good instructions. Place was clean, warm and great for a short stay. Simon was quick to reply to my messages and very accommodating. Highly recommend Simon’s place, I’d book it again."

"Simple and effective. Everything we needed.... And a beautiful view!"
