"Large, clean room with great views across to Edinburgh. Staff were great and a special mention goes to the waiter in the restaurant and the breakfast waiter. Really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fab. The only negative is please don't skimp on toilet paper. That fear of your finger going through causes great anxiety. Spend a little more on quality roll! Parking at the nearby station was easy which makes this place a great base for visits to Edinburgh."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Pam was friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. We could see the sea from our bedroom window. It is a little far to the centre of town, so if you don't have a car, be prepared."
"The property is in a great location . The room we were in had a very tiny bathroom you couldn't turn round in and the door was coming off its hinges. The owner was excellent and always got back re queries. Some nice places nearby for brekkie and perfect location for a Fringe visit."
