"Stayed here several times now. Our room this time was clean but very tired and needing updating. Had dinner and breakfast in the newly renovated dining room which is lovely. Food good and reasonably priced. Lounge bar is always a great place to chill or meet people. Staff all very helpful as usual. Lovely walks either way down the canal towpath."

"The entire staff was extremely helpful for my entire stay. The cooked breakfast was very well done in my opinion. The hotel is located on a beautiful site in the country. My room was very clean and welcoming. My only suggestion would be for them to replace the carpet in the hallways."
