"I have no high expectations for this lodge. I choose to stay there is because I spend most of my days hiking in Yosemite. I just need a place to clean up and sleep. I've been staying at this property 5 years in a row now. The conditions of the lodge is really getting worse. Like toilet dispenser is falling off the wall , faucet is falling of the wall, the shower spray is really weak, the water temperature is impossible to adjust. It's either too cold or too hot if you adjust it even a tiny bit. While you finally get the right temperature it will change suddenly and constantly either too cold or burning hot while you're showering! It can be noisy, too. You can hear people walking by or talking. For how much"

"Carpet in halls are horrible and it smelled awful.the room was very large but again the awful smell….we had to but on the air high and cool just eliminated some the smell!!…. I don’t know how old or when this hotel was renovated!! If it hasn’t it needs it really bad!!….when you sit on the toilet you can feel the toilet or the floor tilted to one side…and no security doors???we were located to one of the building to the back (upstairs)but any one can just walk from the street in come in…I and my family travel a lot this has been the worst Best Western we have stayed in!…I have stayed at motel 6 as last resort and they were better than this one,,, but the Staff was great!!!!!..very nice and helpful …the staff was the best thing there…."

"No sheets on beds, just duvet and mattress cover, lots of wooden stairs to climb to room, covered with gravel and tree debris, not safe. No hand towels, we asked for them and they said they do not carry them. Showers limited to 7 minutes. Cafe had good food and good servers."
