"Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."

The location is excellent, sheltered from the roaring central Bucharest traffic, within short walking distances from the fancy cafes of Piața Amzei and Calea Victoriei, as well of University Square and Victoriei Square, with excellent public transport links just round the corner. "Great place, clean, quiet, all commodities, warmly recommend to anyone that wants to spend a few days in city center. Walk to lots of places to eat/drink/coffee, easy walk to old town or ride to other nice parts of the city. Although the apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator, which was great to have with suitcases. Communication with the owners was great, finding and entering the apartment was painless, would sure stay here again when in town."
