Wonderful staff. Cozy room. Pet stay for free which is huge, some hotels charge €39 per night. They also have a nice apertivo spread. Great location.

Amazing stay, great amenities. We felt the area was limited, but it was really close to the bus stop so it was easy to get around

The bathroom was so so, the sink was clogged with cigarette leftovers and it had a strong cigarette smell

Great location and wonderful host. Please note though it is 10-12 mins walking distance from duomo ( not 2mins), but it may be a good thing since it brings the right amount of safety and sanity . It’s still very much in the middle of the shopping district and the action . Enjoyed our stay in clean ...

YOU SHOULD NOT GO HERE, it was so terrible and we stayed for more than 4 hours. I can’t believe it, and no message from boss despite knowing about this situation because her son made a call at late night to give a key to us.
