"The place was great. The bathroom lighting is low."

"The location wasn't very good. The neighborhood had a lot of homeless people panhadling and abandoned buildings. The included breakfast buffet was a nice extra but there wasn't a huge selection of food and toward the end of the breakfast it could be hard to find an available table. There was plenty of outside parking and public transportation was available and convenient. The Staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel was well maintained."

"Overall it was a great stay! Very clean bath accommodations, bed was comfortable and very spacious room.. however, on arrival, we noticed the top bedsheet was torn and shredded on one corner. Not what one would expect in a 4.5 star rating hotel. The staff opened the door occasionally but not a big deal, but the doors are heavy and a problem for me since I have major shoulder problem."

"As someone who is super picky about cleanliness this place was top-notch especially the restroom. I love the shower. Also the staff was super helpful and attentive. Haven’t had a chance to visit the bar, but I’m sure it was super cute. Arlo‘s are my place to stay wherever I go."

"This is my 2nd time staying here and i believe it will be our place of choice every time we stay in DC. The only thing that would be above and beyond is if you could put a coffee maker or electric tea kettle. This is so we dont have to get dressed and come downstairs before we’re ready! Other than that, chef’s kiss!"
