Aggieland, Home Sweet Home!

Enter a beautiful, cozy, and updated country chic Home in Aggieland!

Built in 2009, this 3 bedroom/2 bath home offers a fantastic location near parks, down town shopping/food/drinks and all of the entertainment the Bryan/College Station area has to offer! Located only a mile from Blinn College and just 4 miles from Texas A&M University you will have quick and easy access to any event that brings you to town!

Fully furnished with an all you could need to cook kitchen, clean restrooms and comfy bedrooms - there is a space to enjoy for all! Catch the game or a family movie in our brand new fabulous sectional. Or sneak away for your favorite show and a nap in any of the 3 bedrooms with smart tv’s.

Remember to check out an outdoor space all decked out with outdoor lighting, fan, dining furniture (table & seating for 8), extra outdoor sitting areas, a grill and even an outdoor smart tv too! Little things like giant connect 4, Jenga or corn hole; along with a fully loaded game cabinet inside, make for nights of fun creating memories that’ll last a life time!

With the goal of ease and comfort in mind we provide self check in with your very own personal door code. Enjoy your very own private parking with access to the garage as needed and outdoor cameras with your very own indoor monitor for keeping an eye on the kiddos or just some added peace of mind.

Have fur babies? No problem! As a proud mommy of two 12 yo pups, I understand traveling without them can be difficult and want to make sure you know they are always welcome! Don’t worry about bringing couch covers, doggy beds or bowels as all will be provided!
*We do ask that no pet be permitted on the furniture as there is an additional cleaning fee to remove pet hair from couches/beds/pillows etc.
($50 standard pet fee)
(additional $25/per pet after 2)

Check In is scheduled for 4:00pm and Check Out for 11:00 am - However, early and late options are available pending availability!

Know that as an Aggie (x2) myself and a teacher in the area for 7 years… this house is so much more. As my very first home, it is my biggest desire that others will be able to enjoy it just as much as I did during my time here. So come on in and stay a while! The kitchen was fully prepped, and everything was very clean. The only thing we didn’t have were towels in the bathroom when we first arrived, but we easily found them in the laundry room.

This was my first time to Bryan College Station. We were in town for a weeding and had our dogs traveling with us. The place was very nice and clean. The beds were super comfy!! Great stay!

All of the small details made this trip so easy and the space was perfect for my family and friends to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Texas A&M. We enjoyed this house quite a lot. We were in town for my daughter's wedding with family and although most of our time was off the property at all the wedding activities, we found this house clean, nicely decorated, lots of little things to make our stay excellent. The owner was always accessible, and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Pace to stay for Graduation

Cute place, comfortable beds ad sofa. It is in Bryan which was nice we had the opportunity to explore Bryan restaurants which weren't as crazy as College Station restaurants on graduation weekend. Also had enough parking for all of us. Overall, it was a great stay.

They had everything you could possibly need. I left some items at home and she had it there! Tons of towels and sheets. They had very comfortable beds and couches, beautiful patio area, all the basics you need for cooking and absolutely beautiful decorations. I can see why they consistently get a 10 out of 10. If we ever go back to this area in Texas, this is where we will stay!

Incredible home near TAMU!

We came in for the UT/TAMU game and stayed here. The house is so comfortable, well-appointed with items like bubble bath and kitchen spices, and an incredible back covered area with a TV. This was such a fun home! It was an easy drive to campus. Bryan is a bit run down but this home was beautiful. We will definitely come back.

Graduation weekend

We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation and it was perfect. Everyone had a great time and the house was just what we needed. Rooms are clean and spacious, decor is lovely and location fit our need’s perfect. I wish it had been cooler so we could enjoy the backyard entertaining area more.
