"Ideal location, a block from the Arc, a few blocks from the Champs, close to trains and the buses. Restaurants are far and between, grocery stores are also not close-by. We didn't eat out much because it is upto our palate. Weather was super bad and miserable. All said and done, Paris is not the same as the last time we were there. Saw way less of locals but all of MiddleEast & Africa. Very deplorable."

"We booked Villa Poncelet on a whim. We were in Versailles, but decided we wanted a night in Paris proper. Laurent was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is in a great location on the most adorable Paris street. It was very roomy and great for me, my husband.and two teen boys. Very roomy for Paris! Beautifully decorated and an outdoor patio! The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors, but it was only a minor inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The apartment has a great location, close to metro stations, good restaurants, and a supermarket, which made our stay very convenient. The place is neat and functional, meeting basic daily needs. However, a few things could be improved: we booked it for four people, but the sofa bed in the living room does not comfortably accommodate two adults. We also missed some basic kitchen items, such as a spatula, a dishwashing sponge, and detergent, and there was only one roll of toilet paper available....
