"Everything was great, the lobby was very nice, the bar/restaurant was excellent. A little taken aback at first that the breakfast buffet was $24 per person when we thought it was included, but the food was good and frequently replenished. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. And you get warm cookies and water on check-in, what could be better. "

"Very noisy occupants. My room was directly facing the elevator. At 10 PM, someone was shouting outside in the corridor asking his wife/partner to open the door. The fire alarms were constantly on without any warning or instructions on what to do. Water flow in my fourth floor room was with very low pressure. Very frustrating while using the sink or bathtub. Shower curtain rod was in a bad shape, ready to break anytime. The only good thing about this place is that it's quite inexpensive and close to where I need to go. If you a single, and if you have specific work around NYU or Navy Yard in Brooklyn, this might be a good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. A lot of restaurants closeby, including on Myrtle Street. I do not recommend this place for families. "

"Hotel was clean and in a decent location. Convenient if you are going to a Broadway show as you can hop on the 2 or 3 train and be in Times Square in 15 minutes. Little things were missing, like a Do Not Disturb sign in my room. I asked the front desk for one and they never sent someone up. The next day I had to ask Housekeeping for one. Another small irritation - only 2 elevators for all 28 floors. And those 2 elevators are shared with housekeeping; it wasn't uncommon to wait 10 or more minutes for an elevator. Very inconvenient if your key card didn't work and you had to go back to the front desk. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. "
