"If it is your first time visiting Brunei, Higher Hotel might be one of the best budget options you could go for. The area is safe, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is manageable. Morning privacy options (like a simple "Do Not Disturb" sign) and some help with transportation would help put it even higher in the future. 部屋と同じフロアは、毎日イベント（結婚式）を、やっていましたが騒がしくはありません。
