"So... it was difficult to get towels. We were only given 2 towels, there was 5 people total- we were told to use 2 towels, bring the 2 wet towels to front (which was always interesting, it was almost always empty or a long process) and replace the 2 towels. Same with wash clothes.. 2 wash clothes. 5 people. We told them there was 5 people, and got a verbal shaming/lashing for not informing them we needed an extra bed, but the room was 2 queens, 2 older teens, spouse and I, plus 6 yr old. So he...

"The room has a couch in it that had animal fur on it so we couldn’t sit on it, the air vent in the bathroom was not pulling the steam out, the tub was stained didn’t look clean. The trash can by the elevator was never emptied it was full with the same trash over flowing in it."

"This was the worst experience ever. Sheets dirty with blood. towels looked like someone with dirty hands wiped on them. had to ask 3 times for toilet paper. smoke alarm not hooked up. black mold in bathrooms and on walls. no wash cloths. trickle of water and toilets hardly flushed. pool was green. there was smoke smell and weed smell. there were cigarette butts and nails in the halls and steps. this place should be shut down by the health department."
